Return procedure:
1. Returns Period: Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
2. Return request: Customers must submit a return request by sending an email to info@cassivsclo.nl stating their order number and the items they wish to return.
3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
4. Refund or Exchange: Returned items will be refunded to the customer or exchanged for a different size depending on the customer's preference.
5. Exceptions: Items purchased with the code PURCHASE are not eligible for a refund. These items cannot be returned for a refund.
Damaged items:
Customers must report damaged items immediately upon receipt by email to info@cassivsclo.nl. Please include the order number and, if possible, include photos of the damaged items.
Exceptions:
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not meet the order specifications.
- Hygiene products such as underwear and swimwear cannot be returned if the seal is broken, unless they are defective.
